  • HOW CAN I GET STARTED?

Contact me for a consultation. Ship me your products along with the return shipping label. Each product is cleaned and styled. Include any art direction or styling notes you wish for me to follow.

 

  • HOW MUCH DOES THE PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY COST?

Product photography fees start at $30 per product view, depending on product and project. I offer 10% discounts on all orders of 50 or more views. Do you have a large order or are you looking for a monthly service? Ask me about custom workflow agreements. If you need models and creative content, I can also provide those for you. 

 

  • WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Product and Marketing photography packages include a photographer fee, digital capture & image processing fee, and the uploading of web-ready images to a shared Dropbox folder.

 

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ENTIRE PRODUCTION PROCESS?

Start to finish, orders with 10 to 20 items will take 7 to 10 working days. 

 

  • HOW DO I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?

You will be emailed a web link to download your high-resolution images via Dropbox. Available in JPEG, TIFF, and PDF. Please specify any pixel dimensions you wish to have the images saved.

 

  • HOW DOES THE APPROVAL PROCESS FUNCTION?

Upon delivery of your items, you will receive an order confirmation email and a sample image of the first item processed to the final form. With your approval, I will proceed with photography, post-production processing and match all your images to the approved image provided. This ensures quality control and maintains uniformity and consistency of your product page images.

 

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY IMAGES? WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

My goal is to deliver the images on point and with your approval. If any of the work is rejected, it will be reshot and processed at no extra charge until you are happy with the result.
